Currently, Ziina does not charge any fees for cash outs. However, your bank may apply its own transfer fees when receiving the funds.
Starting 10 February 2026, Ziina will charge a 1 AED fee per cash out (excluding any bank fees). This change helps cover operational costs and supports upcoming improvements to our cash out service.
